I use a Le Creuset pie dish and the amount of filling was insufficient. I added 2 more eggs and an additional half cup cream and the filling still didn’t fill the container. ( And I had a cup of sliced and sautéed mushrooms plus the shallots and spinach.). Very tasty however can not give 5 stars.
