I suppose I have to agree with him. I’ve tried different meatball recipes & this one is one of the best so far. I never even knew concerning the breadcrumb & milk paste nor dusting the meatballs with flour coating before frying. The flour coating gave them a “crispy” outdoors texture.
There’s nothing like a pandemic to test your cooking abilities! I’ve never been successful with meatballs but this recipe rocks! They have been delicate and fluffy and so flavorful. I made focaccia to go with them. My husband thinks they’re one of the best meatballs he’s ever had.
