That mentioned it is after all a preference for style and texture. A little vinegar defines part of Carolina chili, chocolate and pasta Cincinnati. It is enjoyable to experiment with regionally defined dishes.

I served it over rice, as recommended, with condiments of bitter cream, shredded cheese, contemporary cilantro, and an extra wedge of lime, and it was terrific. Added 1 29 oz can kidney beans as household prefers chili with beans. My husband likes this the most effective. I was out of molasses, but will attempt it subsequent time.

This recipe, as my husband says, is “a keeper.” I did add two cans of beans. I thought I had the best chili ever.
It was a very big hit with my husband and pals. It’s a bit concerned however, believe me, worth it. Had to buy molasses and smoked paprika and glad I did because it made a difference.
